✨ I have some news: 100 school is changing (quite a lot actually)

I knew deep down teaching tech skills alone wasn't enough anymore.

In part because the world is entering the biggest talent migration in history:

- 50% of the workforce needs reskilling by 2025
- 65% of future jobs don't exist yet
- 44% of graduates feel unprepared for work

So this summer I did something uncomfortable: stopped, studied and obsessed over one question:

"What skills do people actually need to THRIVE (not just survive) in the future of work?"

What I discovered changed everything.

A new world of work is here where teams are shrinking, the 9-5 is eroding, skills matter more than degrees and roles are becoming problem statements.

The old rules of career success are dead.

Your only job security is how quickly you can learn, adapt, and create VALUE.

That's why we're going all-in on a new mission: help 1M people become the entrepreneurs of their own careers...

By teaching the essential skills and mindsets of the future, all in just 30 mins a day – like a daily software update for your career.

But here's the thing: we can't do this alone. We need a movement of people and orgs working together to help anyone crush it in this new world of work. And it starts now.
